Jen Miller, the founder and CEO of Leading Edge, has been working in support of people development for 20 years, as an HR leader for the past 8 years, and as a leadership and executive coach for over 10 years. Prior to this, Jen worked in private education, leading operations and recruitment internationally for nearly a decade. She started her career in international development and humanitarian aid, supporting global and local organizations, securing funding and implementing sustainable programs around the world. 

Jen has led and consulted to organizations in several industries including tech, edtech, financial services, hospitality, education management and non-profit.

She holds the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification as well as SHRM-SCP certification and is the President of the ICF Southern Nevada Chapter.

Jen earned an MBA from HEC Paris, and a BA from James Madison University. She has lived in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and currently resides with her family in Las Vegas, Nevada. She loves to spend her free time running with her friends in the Las Vegas Runners club.
